Like most website operators, Euphrates collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, usage patterns, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Euphrates’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Euphrates’s visitors use its website. Euphrates also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and from users leaving comments on Euphrates blogs.
GATHERING OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
Certain visitors to Euphrates’s websites choose to interact with Euphrates in ways that require Euphrates to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Euphrates gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Those who engage in transactions with Euphrates may be asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process transactions. Euphrates discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on Euphrates’s behalf or to provide services available at Euphrates’s Site. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Euphrates’s Site, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Euphrates discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Euphrates believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Euphrates, third parties or the public at large.

If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Site to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by sending us a return e-mail asking to be omitted from future e-mail distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to us as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
